Do you charge for the home visit?
Yes. The home visit fee depends on your area and is confirmed when you book. We measure, bring fabric samples and send a written quote within 24 hours.
How long does reupholstery take in Dubai?
Most sofas and chairs take about two to three weeks from deposit to fitting, depending on fabric. We confirm the date in writing before we start.
Do you make curtains and upholstery to match?
Yes. Our room package matches your sofa, curtains and cushions in one fabric scheme, measured and fitted together.
Can I design my cushions or sofa online?
Yes. The The Fabric Room Design Studio lets you design cushions, seat pads, bench cushions, sofas, chairs and headboards, choose fabric and colour, and send the design to us for a price.
Do you repair sofas or only reupholster?
Both. We repair frames, springs, foam, recliners and seams, and tell you honestly when a repair is enough and when reupholstery is better value.
Do you work with interior designers?
Yes. We have a trade programme with specification support, photo sign off and trade pricing. See the designers page.
