FAQ
Before you book
What should I send before the visit?
Photos of the piece or window, rough sizes and your area. For reupholstery, a photo of the underside or back helps us judge the frame.
How soon will you reply?
Usually the same working day on WhatsApp. Visits are normally booked within two to three working days.
Is there a charge for the home visit?
Yes, a visit fee that depends on your area. We confirm it when you book, and the written quote is included. For a guide price first, send photos on WhatsApp at no cost.
