How a trade project runs
Send the schedule or drawings. We confirm metres for customer own material, foam and construction, and quote each line. One coordinator handles the programme, sends photos for sign off before delivery and fits on site to your handover date.
Design it yourself first
Pick the piece, fabric and colour in The Fabric Room Design Studio, then send it to us for a price.
Customer own material
We confirm metres including repeat before you order fabric, check width and rub count, and log every roll on arrival. Offcuts are returned with the finished pieces.

Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Registered designers get trade rates and a single point of contact. Email us to open a trade account.
Can you work from our drawings?
Yes. We work from drawings and schedules, and can also measure and draw for you where you need it.
Do you deal with our client directly?
Only if you want us to. By default we work through you, and nothing carries our name unless you ask.
