What happens at the home visit?
We measure every piece or window, check the frame, springs and foam on furniture, and look at light, sun and how the room is used. We bring the fabric library so you see colour in your own light. A visit usually takes 30 to 60 minutes.
What is in the written quote?
Each item is listed with its fabric, foam, construction details, dimensions and price, plus collection, delivery and fitting. You get it within 24 hours of the visit, valid for 14 days.

How long does it take?
Fabric availability is the main variable. Your fitting date is confirmed in writing when you place the order.

What happens on fitting day?
Our team delivers, fits tracks and blinds, hangs and dresses curtains, places furniture and cushions, removes packaging and walks you through care. The balance is due once everything is in place.

Questions people ask
Can I see the piece before delivery?
Yes. We send photos of every finished piece before it leaves, and you can ask for more angles or details.
Do I need to be home for fitting?
Someone needs to give access and sign off the fitting. Many clients let a housekeeper sign off after seeing the photos.
Can you work to a move in date?
Yes, if we know the date at the visit. Tell us and we plan fabric and making around it.
